Shipping Policy

We want your order to get to you quickly and without any headaches. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. If you place an order after 2:00 PM EST or over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We ship via USPS and UPS and keep our rates simple.

• Orders under $60: flat rate of $6.99
• Orders $60 and over: free standard shipping

Both options apply to the continental United States only. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Most orders land within 4 to 6 business days. Please keep in mind that carrier timelines can be affected by weather, holidays, or high-volume periods like Black Friday. We are not responsible for delays once your order is in the carrier's hands, but we are always here to help if something goes sideways.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not available yet, but if you are outside the U.S. and interested, reach out to us at info@lovewellbrand.com. We would love to get there one day.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, your confirmation email will include a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Something Went Wrong?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will track it down. If something arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. We pack every order with care and we stand behind what we send.
